Refund policy
We pursue a returm policy in our business. If you are unsafisfied with your order, cancellations, returns and exchanges are accepted. Your order can be cancelled by your written request within 24 hours of the purchase. Your order can be returned or exchanged by your written request within a 30-day period after being received.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with tags. It must also be in the original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase must be attached.
To start a return procedure you must contact us vikinggoodsstore@gmail.com. In case your request for return is accepted, you are sent a return shipping label as well as instructed on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues
As soon as you receive the order, please inspect it for damages. If the order is damaged, defective or you mistakenly received the wrong item, inform us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
In case you want to exchange the order, you need to return it back. As soon as the request for return is accepted, place a separate order for a new purchase.
Refunds
You will be notified as soon as your return is received and inspected. You will also be informed if the refund is approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, you will be refunded by the original method of payment. Please remember it takes some time to process the refund by your bank or credit card company.
